Is the Free account just a crappy version of Pubble?
No. The key differentiator between Free and Business level accounts is the number of conversations that you can have each month. The key features that you need are all available in Free. Business level accounts are for those with higher conversation volumes or those who wish to customise Pubble to suit their branding.
What are Conversations?
Conversations are between your team and your customers. Conversations can start with an inbound question or a message that you push to your customers. Internal messages (Group chat / direct messages) do not count towards your conversations total.
Is there a price “per agent”?
No. Per agent pricing is used by lots of companies who offer live chat solutions. To price per agent would go against something that we firmly believe in in Pubble: the more people in your Pubble team, the easier it is to access the expertise that you need. With Pubble, there are NO limits of the size of your customer support team.
Is there a limit to the number of members that I can have in my Pubble team?
No. Your team can be as large as you need and there’s never an additional charge for adding more team members.
What happens when the trial’s up? Will we be charged?
No. We don’t ask for your credit card up front. Once your trial period is over, we will contact you to see if you are happy to continue with Pubble. If you wish to continue post trial, we’ll help you to choose the correct account type and process payment.
What happens if I exceed the limits on my plan?
We will reach out to you once you are close the the max limits on your current plan. Hitting the account limits should be your goal each month. It means that you are doing a lot more business!
Why are you giving us 30 days free?
We want you to be 100% happy when you decide to upgrade. All our paid plans include a 30-day free trial. We don't ask for payment details upfront so when your trial expires, you are free to make an informed choice about how much value Pubble is delivering for you and whether it’s worth the investment.

What is the price for a Live Event?
Live events are bundled with our enterprise level accounts. If you are interested in hosting a one off live event, pricing as follows:

Live events are priced per day. For EU customers, pricing is subject to VAT.

Do you offer live events for free?
The short answer is no. Occasionally, we support selected charities and not-for-profits with free events but this is on a case by case basis. If you would like us to consider powering a live event for you for free, then reach out and we will be happy to consider it. [Send Message]
Can you help with customisation?
Yes. We are happy to help you to get setup. However, if you require help with CSS customisation or SSO implementation then we charge €500 per day or part thereof. Most events, no customisation is required.
What happens if my event is larger than expected?
We don’t like imposing hard limits or forcing people to upgrade in the middle of a live event. If you are nearing the max number of people in your event, we will let you know. If you go over by 10% to 15% then no extra charge. Above that there is a charge of €50 per 100 additional people who join the event.
